[FR] Saint-Jean-de-Côle est un petit village français situé dans le département de la Dordogne et la région de la Nouvelle-Aquitaine (anciennement région Aquitaine). Ses habitants sont appelés les Jeancolois et les Jeancoloises.
La commune s'étend sur 12,7 km² et compte 371 habitants depuis le dernier recensement de la population datant de 2004. Avec une densité de 29,2 habitants par km², Saint-Jean-de-Côle a connu une nette hausse de 13,8% de sa population par rapport à 1999.
Entouré par les communes de Saint-Romain-et-Saint-Clément, Saint-Pierre-de-Côle et Milhac-de-Nontron, Saint-Jean-de-Côle est situé à 18 km au sud-est de Nontron la plus grande ville des environs.
Situé à 150 mètres d'altitude, la Rivière la Côle, le Ruisseau de Bonis, le Ruisseau de la Benché sont les principaux cours d'eau qui traversent la commune de Saint-Jean-de-Côle.

The commune covers 12.7 km² and has 371 inhabitants since the last population census in 2004. With a density of 29.2 inhabitants per km², Saint-Jean-de-Côle has seen a net increase of 13.8% in its population compared to 1999.
Surrounded by the communes of Saint-Romain-et-Saint-Clément, Saint-Pierre-de-Côle and Milhac-de-Nontron, Saint-Jean-de-Côle is located 18 km southeast of Nontron, the largest town in the area.
Located at 150 meters of altitude, the River Côle, the Ruisseau de Bonis and the Ruisseau de la Benché are the main rivers that cross the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Côle.
