At the end of Wentworth Street there is a circular plaza and an entrance to the Sydney Waterfront Boardwalk. On the boardwalk there is a 30' high nautical flag pole that flies the flag of Canada on the gaff and the flags of Nova Scotia and the Cape Breton Regional Municipality from the yardarm.
