Location of water tower: W Rose Hill Ave. & Andrews Ave., NW corner, Kirkwood

This tower served the Rose Hill and Big Bend areas of residential homes, and the college campus. There are a few businesses in the area, but mostly residential.

There is nothing written on this tower, and it has a multitude of antenna on it's top.
