Esta ruta se divide en dos tramos bien diferenciados; la zona que va paralela el rio Miño y la zona que recorre el interior del ayuntamiento.
Si iniciamos nuestro recorrido en la playa fluvial de Peares, caminaremos por la ribera del Miño durante 5 km para después iniciar el ascenso hacia Peroxa. Subiendo por Gulfariz atravesaremos carballeiras y tierras agrícolas, llegaremos la aldea de Posada y continuaremos hasta llegar al Castelo de A Peroxa. El castillo de origen medieval está situado en un promontorio desde el que se divisa una gran extensión de terreno.
Tras disfrutar del castillo y de su entorno continuaremos 1 km hasta la población de A Peroxa, donde encontraremos todo tipo de servicios. El regreso por Amido consiste en un descenso suave, por pistas de tierra, atravesando principalmente repoblaciones de pinos hasta llégar de nuevo al rio Miño."

This route is divided into two distinct sections; the area that parallels the river Miño and the area that runs through the interior of the town hall.

If we start our tour on the river beach of Peares, we will walk along the riverside From the Miño for 5 km and then start the ascent to Peroxa. Going up Gulfariz we will cross carballeiras and agricultural lands, we will reach the village of Posada andWe will continue until we reach the Castelo de A Peroxa. The castle of mediaeval origin is located on a promontory from which you can see a large area of land.

After enjoying the castle and its surroundings we will continue 1 km to the town of A
Peroxa, where we will find all kinds of services. The return by Amido consists of
A gentle descent, on dirt tracks, mainly through repopulations of Pines until they reach the Miño River again."
