58.93 - Saarburg, Germany - German Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

It looks to me like a height printed on the bolt.
But the crazy thing is that it indicates 58.93 and on my GPS the altitude is 158.50m so we are missing 100m.
Unfortunately there is no information about it on the internet.

The two-story building made of slate quarry stone was built in 1906 and with its highlighted central section reflects the self-confidence of the bourgeoisie at the beginning of the 20th century. In the arched portal be?nds the coat of arms of the town of Saarburg. A carillon from the Mabilon bell foundry rings every half and full hour. Opposite, at today's Fruchtmarkt, was the town's highest gate, "die Purt"."
