ALDI Store - Fairfield Gardens, Queensland, Australia - ALDI Stores on Waymarking.com

The flat-roofed ALDI store sits high on concrete pillars, above the time restricted covered car park, annexed to the Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre (that opened in 1987). While I went up a couple of flights of stairs, there is also a long switch-back ramp, or an elevator from the car park, to make the store easily wheelchair accessible. Some of the open-air car park also has part shade-sail coverage. I had parked to the east of the shopping centre, entering from Ashby and Lanyard Streets; but the best would be heading south on Fairfield Road, turning in just after the 7-Eleven service station.

This store opened on 10 October, 2018* (so it was definitely NOT affected by the 2011 Brisbane flood, that inundated the ground floor of the shopping centre!) [*ex-ALDI FaceBook page: Opening]
