Planta longitudinal, com cobertura em telhado de duas águas e água furtada ao centro. Edifício de 2 pisos com fachada principal revestida a azulejo cor de petróleo, pilastras almofadas nos ângulos e soco de pedra. O 1º piso tem ao centro uma janela de peito com bandeira e varandim em ferro de motivos florais, ladeada por 2 portas, com molduras estilizadas. No 2º piso, sacada no enfiamento da janela, assente sobre 2 mísulas em forma de voluta e, entre elas a inscrição da data (1907), gravada na pedra. O gradeamento da mesma é com motivos florais geometrizados e a moldura em pedra lavrada com um malmequer como fecho. Remate do edifício com friso de azulejos com motivos florais intercalados com motivos imitando triglifo. Água furtada com uma janela de moldura simples e gradeamento igual ao das outras janelas. Este corpo é adornado por 2 aletas, e a inscrição das iniciais (F. V. F.) do proprietário no topo. O interior do edifício simples.

Longitudinal plan, with gabled roof cover and attic in the center. 2-storey building with main façade covered in oil-coloured tile, pilasters cushioned at the corners and stone basement. The 1st floor has in the center a chest window with a flag and an iron balcony with floral motifs, flanked by 2 doors, with stylized frames. On the 2nd floor, a balcony in the window, resting on 2 corbels in the form of a volute and, between them, the inscription of the date (1907), engraved in the stone. Its railing is with geometric floral motifs and the frame in carved stone with a marigold as a clasp. Finishing the building with a tile frieze with floral motifs interspersed with motifs imitating triglyphs. Attic with a simple framed window and the same railing as the other windows. This body is adorned by 2 fins, and the inscription of the owner's initials (FVF) at the top. The interior of the simple building.
