The doorway at Jälluntofta church consists of 2 doors. The doors are built of oak and are painted. Thera is a lunette window above the doors.

The church was built in 1860-62. Previously there was a medieval church which was expanded in the 18th century. The current church was built on the same site. The main features of the church are unchanged since the time of construction, both exterior and interior. It is a white nave church with a gabled roof, tower with black painted, open lantern with small curved hood and cross. It is a rectangular church room with a semi-circular choir section with a sacristy in the eastern part.

The interior features a gray-white wooden floor. Parts of the old church's pulpit (from the 17th century) also remain. There are four closed bench blocks, the two western ones heavily decimated by grandstand substructure. Curved pews. Organ stand with trellis along the barrier, parapet ornaments by mirror manufacturer Ivar Andersson, Halmstad, who also carried out other painting and gilding work in the interior.
