This bridge is used at limited time such as Royal Ceremonies and visits by foreign guests to the Imperial Palace.

Though it is not normally used, we may use this bridge when official court events are held such as the New Year's general visit.

The coords indicate the point I took the photo. You can see this bridge on the west side of the coords. This is very popular sightseeing spot so you will easily found this place.
