ASKOME CHURCH
The church was built in 1779-1780 and then replaced a wooden church from the 16th century. It was the church builder Johan Fredrich Röhr who was given the task of building a new church in Askome. However, the tower is newer, from 1804.
- The pulpit is made of wood in 1600.
- The baptismal font was probably made by Tuve Falk in Hasslöv sometime during the 18th century.
- There are 2 bells in the tower, Bigbell is made in 1830 in Göteborg, and the small bell is made in 1830 in Göteborg.
- The organ has 7 steams and was built in 1921 by A. Magnusson in Göteborg.
