This plaque monument is located just off Schenley Drive on West Circuit Road by the Westinghouse Memorial. The plaque commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Stars and Stripes. The plaque was dedicated on June 14th, 1927. The plaque was created through the pennies donated by 188,163 school children.
