Het charmante Maison Aerts is vernoemd naar de eerste bewoner en burgemeester van Lommel, Jan Jacob Aerts. In het gebouw was ooit een herberg gevestigd. Tegenwoordig huisvest de site de Glassshop en het GlazenHuis. Bent u op zoek naar een geblazen glas souvenir uit Lommel, dan bent u bij ons aan het goede adres!

Van 1805 tot het begin van de 20ste eeuw deed Maison Aerts dienst als herberg. De Glassshop biedt met zijn kleurrijke universum een ??mooi contrast tussen authentieke elementen en originele beurswanden en moderne vitrines. Bij de laatste renovatie van dit beschermd erfgoed onthulden de holle wanden een uniek geheim: een bundel liefdesbrieven van de laatste bewoners. Romantisch als de hel!

The charming Maison Aerts was named after the first inhabitant and mayor of Lommel, Jan Jacob Aerts. The building once housed an inn. Today, the site hosts the Glassshop and the GlazenHuis. If you are looking for a blown glass souvenir from Lommel, you have come to the right place!

From 1805 until the beginning of the 20th century, Maison Aerts served as an inn. With its colorful universe, the Glassshop offers a nice contrast between authentic elements and original exhibition walls and modern showcases. During the last renovation of this piece of listed heritage, the hollow walls revealed a unique secret: a bundle of love letters from the last inhabitants. Romantic as hell!

De 1805 jusqu’au début du 20e siècle, la Maison Aerts a fait office d’auberge. Avec son univers coloré, le Glasshop offre un joli contraste entre les éléments authentiques et les murs d’exposition originaux et les vitrines modernes. Lors de la dernière rénovation de ce morceau de patrimoine classé, les murs creux ont dévoilé un secret unique : une liasse de lettres d’amour des derniers habitants. Romantique à souhait!
