The Mont-Dol is located three kilometers from the city. This 65-meter granite rock has inspired many legends. Saint-Michel and the devil are said to have fought here. The claws and the seat of the devil, as well as the imprint of Saint-Michel, visible on the rock, bear witness to this legendary battle. The real spectacle here, however, is the view over the bay, from Cancale to Granville and Mont-Saint-Michel.
