The EV fast charger has two charging leads for the two available parking spots. The switchboard utility box has a compliance plate that shows that this was built in March 2019 (but not sure when it was installed by NRMA - National Roads and Motorists Association of NSW) and is three-phase rated to 100 amps. It was manufactured in Sydney. NRMA had reported that it should allow most drivers to charge their car in 30 minutes (visit link) .
