Burrator Reservoir was built and completed Circ the 1920s, and the whole area surrounding it was planted with trees. At the far end of the Dam where many streams flow into the Reservoir.
Along the "Nattor Brook," the land can get extremely wet. With many different trees, vegetation, and wildlife, an Arboretum has been created.

The walkway meanders through the woods alongside the nearby brook.
The above coordinates are for the parking area and access to the Arboretum.
