Southwick Public Library was built in 2000 in the Colonial Revival style to replace the previous library built in 1892. The library has a symmetrical plan with a cross gable roof, a central entrance, and wings projecting to all four directions. At the center of the roof is a square cupola with louvered windows and pediments on each side. At the top of the cupola is a large metal sculpture of a grasshopper weathervane.
