In ons restaurant zit er altijd wat groens tussen je tanden. Dat klinkt misschien niet lekker, maar dat is het wel. We hebben de kaart aangepast aan een van de grootste vraagstukken van deze tijd, onze impact op het milieu en de klimaatverandering die daarop volgt.

De Groene Afslag is het thuis van een plant based lunch restaurant. Het is namelijk best wel handig en slim dat wij - als rechtop lopend zoogdier - ons menu een beetje aanpassen omdat de mondiale veestapel een te grote wissel trekt op de planeet. Adam en Eva hebben trouwens ook nooit van Sint Darwin of zijn vader knipkiezen gekregen om al dat vlees te verscheuren.

Moeten we daarom ineens allemaal veganist worden? Nee, dat hoeft niet, maar wat vaker groente als hoofdbestanddeel van je maaltijd zou wel zinnig zijn. En dat dat ook nog lekker kan zijn proberen we hier te laten proeven. Kijk hieronder voor ons lunchmenu en natuurlijk de lekkere drankjes erbij.

We zijn een dag-restaurant, maar gaan graag ’s avonds open om je een vorkje mee te laten prikken. Heel eerlijk gezegd is dat voor ons pas rendabel als er minstens 30 mensen aanschuiven. Bel ons vooral om te overleggen.

In our restaurant there is always some green stuff between your teeth. That may not sound nice, but it is. We have adapted the map to one of the biggest issues of our time, our impact on the environment and the climate change that follows.

De Groene Afslag is home to a plant-based lunch restaurant. After all, it is quite handy and smart that we - as upright walking mammals - adjust our menu a bit because the global livestock draws too much on the planet. By the way, Adam and Eve have never been given clipping teeth by Saint Darwin or his father to tear up all that flesh.

Should we all suddenly become vegan? No, you don't have to, but more vegetables as the main ingredient of your meal would make sense. And we try to let you taste it here. Look below for our lunch menu and of course the delicious drinks.

We are a daytime restaurant, but like to open in the evening to let you prick a fork. Quite frankly, that is only profitable for us if at least 30 people join us. Please call us to discuss.
