This Pennsylvania Department of Highways (P.D.H.) Elevation Disk is located on a concrete bridge over a railroad track along Route 322 in Hartstown, Pennsylvania. The disk is embedded into the southwest abutment of the bridge. The disk is marked, "P.D.H. Elev." There are no other markings and no year stamped on the disk. Parking is available to the east, at the driveway that goes down toward the Hartstown Cemetery.
