"Patricia Ann Burnett was born in Boonville, Oct. 14, 1953 the daughter of Raymond Newell and Shirley Small Newell. She graduated from Boonville High School in 1971. She married Terry Burnett on Apr. 13, 1974 in Boonville. Patty was a member of a very close knit family and appreciated, loved and was loved by each and every one of her family. She was a lady who was able to keep up and compete with her husband and brothers in the art of deer hunting and fishing. She was kind of old fashioned in that she enjoyed cooking for the family and gardening while working full time at Nordyne for thirty three years.

"Patty is survived by her husband, Terry, of the home, her brothers, Kennie (Ellen) Newell of Aurora, MO and Henry Ray Newell of Boonville, her sister, Lynda Newell of Boonville and sister-in-law, Trish Troost and husband Rod, of Franklin, MO. Her mother, Shirley Newell, of Pilot Grove also survives as well as many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews all of whom considered Patty their second MOM and mentor.
