North Indian Cemetery is at the northeast of Pawnee's Highland Cemetery. Enter thru Gate 6 on E0450 Rd. until you reach the circle drive. This is a one-way drive, so take the right turn and you will circle around the cemetery. About one-third around the drive is a wonderful monument to the Pioneer Scouts.
There are quite a few fenced-off plots in this cemetery, a Medal of Honor recipient, veterans, and the "last hereditary Chief of the Pawnee Tribe".
