The clients of Sunshine Village have joined to create five new painted hydrants in downtown Chicopee, MA. The hydrant at 13 Center Street features a Green Grinning Hydrant. On the street side the hydrant has a huge toothy grin. The front outlet is painted white with a central black dot, perhaps a Cyclops eye. The top of the hydrant has blue and white cap with the letter M. The hydrants were painted during May 2022.
