The Founders Trophy is located in the Ontario Lacrosse Hall of Fame in St. Catharines, Ontario. Since 1972 this trophy has been awarded to the Canadian Junior "B" Champions by the Canadian Lacrosse Association. Previous to the Founders Cup was the Castrol Cup from 1964-1971. There is a separate smaller Founders Cup which is awarded to the teams directly.
The name of the trophy is in reference to the founders of organized lacrosse, particularly Dr. George William Beers.
