"Nancee H. Waibel, 68, of Boonville passed away Monday afternoon October 12, 2020 at University Hospital in Columbia, MO.
"Visitation for Nancee will be 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 20 at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with a rosary being recited at 8:30 A.M. and Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow in the S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery.
"Nancee Helen Waibel was born January 31, 1952 the daughter of Archie Ferguson and Helen Rapp Ferguson. Nancee married the love of her life Billy Don Waibel on June 29, 1973 at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Boonville, Missouri.
"Nancee was born and raised in New Franklin, MO. She graduated from New Franklin High School, class of 1970. Nancee worked at Fuqua for 39 years. She retired from Fuqua, and began working at Hannah Cole Elementary school as a “Lunch Lady.” She retired from Hannah Cole at the end of the school year in 2019 and began working her “dream job” at the Boonville Parks Dept. She was partially responsible for the beautiful floral arrangements that are placed all over town. Her friends and family describe her as “energetic, fun, compassionate and full of life.” She enjoyed fishing, and riding in her 66' Mustang.
"Nancee was preceded in death by her parents Archie and Helen Ferguson, and infant sons Scott, Mason, and Clayton Waibel. She is survived by her husband Bill Waibel of Boonville, son Patrick Waibel and his Fiance Erin Rowzee, brother Bill Ferguson, granddaughter Lila Rowzee, cousin and close friend Mary Beth Webster, in-laws Mike and Pam Holliday, Cindy Spaedy, Bruce and Jenny Waibel, Shea Dog and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and extended family.
"Her son, Patrick, agreed to share his final message to his mom.

This was the cannon parade field and drill field, also the garage and equipment area. The horse riding and training are for the military academy.
Today, a public park, behind the YMCA. The street along side the YMCA was once a named street, now considered a private drive. South of the YMCA is Spruce Street, and that goes to the park, also 2nd St. going south with take you into the park.
