Playground equipment is of the new style, small but well placed and in excellent shape. Area boxed off with a border and sand-like loam material to soften the ground below.

This was the cannon parade field and drill field, also the garage and equipment area. The horse riding and training are for the military academy.

Today, a public park, behind the YMCA. The street along side the YMCA was once a named street, now considered a private drive. South of the YMCA is Spruce Street, and that goes to the park, also 2nd St. going south with take you into the park.
