This is a metal plaque mounted on a concrete base at the foot of the school flag pole and along side the dedication bricks in the middle of the campus.

During the time when the school was still functioning, this site was the sidewalk and entrance area to the north side of the main administration building, which has been razed.

A specific description of this Coat-of-Arms I could not find on the web, but I did find some interesting things. The main part of the Coat-of-Arms is from the Kemper family coat of arms, and the motto translates to mean "Never Not Ready"

Material / Design: Cast metal

Blazon (heraldic description):
A shield with a large "X" in the center with a tapestry flowing below with the motto: Nunquam non Pararus.
Above the "X" is three rectangles on the shield, and above the shield is an upside-down "U" with wings and a red star on top. Along the side of the shield are ornate designs in mirror to each other.
