Drummond Flats is a historic overflow basin at the confluence of Turkey Creek, Elm Creek, and Salt Creek, and is predominately wetland habitat with some surrounding upland habitat. Through donations and private purchases, 5,122 acres of this wetland is now under the management of the State of Oklahoma. This waymark is set at an entry point; no vehicles are allowed, but there are hiking paths and trails that are open to public use.
