On a couple of occasions the Transamerica Pyramid can be seen in Star Trek. The TAP is in Star Trek Voyager and Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

"Construction on the Transamerica Pyramid began in 1969 and finished in 1972. The building remained standing well into the 24th century. In an alternate timeline, the building was visible from the apartment that Harry Kim and Libby Webber shared. (VOY episode: "Non Sequitur")
The Transamerica Pyramid survived the Breen's attack on San Fransisco in 2375. (DS9 episode: "The Changing Face of Evil")"
