Insectenhotel
Een insectenhotel biedt varschillende soorten insecten de kans om te overwinteren of om te nestelen. Hetinsectenhotel bestaat dan ook uit verschillende materialen, zoals houtblokken met voorgeboorde gaatjes, holle stengel, stenen, dakpannen en takken. Daarvan profiteren lieveheersbeestjes, oorwormen, pissebedden, gaasvliegen,maar ook vlinders, wespen, hommels en wilde bijen. Ieder insectensoort heeft eigen voorkeur voor een geschikte plek.

Insect hotel
An insect hotel offers various types of insects the opportunity to hibernate or to nest. The insect hotel therefore consists of various materials, such as logs with pre-drilled holes, hollow stems, stones, roof tiles and branches. Ladybugs, earwigs, woodlice, lacewings, but also butterflies, wasps, bumblebees and wild bees benefit from this. Every insect species has its own preference for a suitable place.
