This giant of commerce Adirondack chair is located in the center of Glens Falls, New York and sponsored as a tourism project by the Glens Falls Arts District. The wooden chair is placed near the traffic circle at the center of the town. It is painted layers of blue, tan, and green with a street scene of Glens Falls painted on the back rest and letters spelling out the name 'Glens Falls'. The painting on the chair is corresponding to the Adirondack Park in which Glens Falls is known as a 'gateway to the Adirondacks'.
