Father and son standing at a workbench. The son kneads the clay and father finishes the shape with a stamping knife. The statue is a monumental statue, oriented frontally and directly visible from the public road and the water. It stands on a small bed at the intersection Leidsestraatweg/ Jozef Israëlslaan and looks towards the tile factory. In this way there is a lasting relationship between the image and the current factory; between the past and present.
