The Woodland Trust maintains green space on the slopes of Carnmoney Hill. There are a few parking spots available off of Dunanney Lane which is accessible from O'Neill Road (B513). From the car park, the trail takes visitors to this excavated and restored line kiln. This kiln is connected to the farmhouse ruins which can eventually be reached from the trail.
