"Description
Access from the street is through a compás , a semi-public space that serves as a fish market . From the compás, one can access the church on one side , and on the other, through a hallway , the convent patio . The courtyard is square in plan, with seven arches on each side. The gallery has a high-quality Mudejar framework, both on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The church has a single nave and main chapel , with a coffered ceiling also Mudejar, in the nave, although Gothic in the chapel, it is the work of Enrique Egas (front of the church) and Pedro de la Calle (chapel). The main altar is arranged high, accessed by a large staircase . The church tower is slender and contains Moorish tile decoration .
This church is the place where the processional carvings of the Brotherhood of the Rosary reside ."
