Eiland 4 of Zandeiland 4 in de Vinkeveense Plassen is een van de mooiste duikstekken in Nederland. Je hebt een vergunning nodig om in Eiland 4 te mogen duiken, maar daar krijg je wel goede voorzieningen en prachtig duikwater voor terug. Het duikgebied ligt in een afgebakende zone waar geen andere watersporters worden toegelaten. Het zijn vooral het heldere water en de prachtige onderwaterwereld die het duiken in Eiland 4 tot een groot plezier maken. Eiland 4 is ook de duikplaats bij uitstek om vissen te spotten. Tussen de vele objecten zie je snoeken, baarzen en scholen witvis. De bus, die hier ligt, is een van bekendste duikobjecten in Nederland. In de Vinkeveense Plassen ligt een tiental eilanden. Eiland 4, 5 en 1 zijn als enige vanaf de weg bereikbaar zijn. Het beheer van Eiland 4 ligt in handen van Recreatieschap Stichtse Groenlanden. Betaald duiken.

Eiland 4 or Zandeiland 4 in the Vinkeveense Plassen is one of the most beautiful diving spots in the Netherlands. You need a permit to dive at Eiland 4, but in return you get good facilities and beautiful diving water. The diving area is located in a demarcated zone where no other water sports are allowed. It is mainly the clear water and the beautiful underwater world that make diving in Eiland 4 a great pleasure. Island 4 is also the dive site of choice for spotting fish. You can see pike, perch and schools of whitefish among the many objects. The bus, which lies here, is one of the most famous diving objects in the Netherlands. There are ten islands in the Vinkeveense Plassen. Islands 4, 5 and 1 are the only ones accessible from the road. Island 4 is managed by Recreatieschap Stichtse Groenlanden. Paid diving.
