Goshen Town Hall, a.k.a. the John James Memorial, is a multi-purpose building in Goshen, MA. It serves as the Town Hall, Town Library and the town meeting place. The Classical Revival style building was designed by William J. Howes and completed in 1911.

The two-story high fieldstone building is 40 feet wide by 60 feet long. It has a gable roof and a portico entrance. A set of steps leads up to the portico. The roof of the portico is supported by 8 round stone columns. Above the columns is inscribed JOHN JAMES MEMORIAL. The library within the building is known as the Goshen Free Public Library.

The sides of the building are five bays wide. On the lower level of the south side there are auxiliary entrances at the first and last bay. Double hung windows on the upper and lower levels occupy the remaining bays. On the north side five-sided extensions with three sets of windows on top occupy the first and last bay. The remaining bays have double hung windows on the upper and lower levels.

The Goshen Town Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.
