The Rose yard was once the busy railyard of the Pennsylvania Railroad at the Juniata shops. Though the yard doesn't have the same amount of activity there is enough to attract railfans to the area. There is a pedestrian walkway on the south side of the bridge. Parking is available on the west end of the bridge,
