Mural is in an alley along TX-59 in downtown Bowie. The sign is a Texas flag with the white star on the blue background. The red and white end of the flag has a circle that says "Bowie, Texas" above an outline of Texas done in brown, and "Oct. 29, 1883" around the bottom. The words "Welcome y'all" are along the bottom edge of the flag.
