The hermitage is located at an altitude of 301 meters on a hill of Aspres, and about 4 km from Céret. It is served by a local road of about 1 km which branches off the coast on the D615 linking Céret to Ille-sur-Têt, about halfway between Céret and the Col de Llauro. It offers a panorama extending from the coast to the Canigou massif , between which the Albères massif unfolds and covers the Franco-Spanish border, the alluvial plain of Tech and Bas-Vallespir interrupted by the main agglomerations.
