The Tinker Air Force Base Centennial Air Park is east of Air Depot Road, south if I-40, and just outside the base; it is open to the public. In the southeast corner of the Air Park is a POW / MIA memorial that includes two sculptures by Sandra Van Zandt. This, the larger of the two, is at the central focus of the memorial. The larger than life bronze eagle is shown in flight, with wings spread and talons extended, over an American flag.
