This is found at an interactive display at the start of the climb to the top of Mt Nittany. There are also nature displays.

The trails are for foot traffic only. There is some elevation gain and plenty of rocks. There are several look out spots along the ridge. The distance varies with routes chosen.

The complete Blue trail is 4.8 miles.
The complete White trail is 3.7 miles.

Many hikers only visit the first overlook to see campus below, at 1.4 miles round trip.
