Photos taken in April of 2014 while visiting Barcelona on a spring break trip. The church has been continuously built since the late 1800s and is still unfinished, according the the official plans by the architect who is buried in his unfinished church. It is the tallest church in Spain, and one of the tallest in the world at over 500 feet tall.
It should be completed by 2026, 100 year anniversary of the death of the architect who first designed it. There are tall towers, and large inside caverns with columns. This is the most impressive church I have even been in. One of the great man made modern wonders of the world for sure.
