The oak tree in Stadsparken was planted by King Oscar II on 10 May 1899. He was in Trelleborg to inaugurate the new Malmø-Trelleborg train line. In this connection, the Oak Tree was also planted.
Stadsparken is a public Park with a Stage, many different Trees and Flowers as well as a Lake with a Fountain. The Park is open 24 hours a day.
