This rink is named in recognition of
the extensive community services of
Chris Neil
Since making his National Hockey League
debut with the Ottawa Senators on
October 3, 2001, Chris has been
advocate for youth and charitable
organisations across the Ottawa region.
As honorary co-chairs of Roger's House,
Chris and his wife Caitlin, devote much of
their time assisting children and their
families in gaining access to essential
palliative care services.
Chris's passion for empowering youth
is expressed through the support he
gives to charity, "Proud to be Me",
an organisation that works to stop
bullying and create safe environments
for your people.
Chris Neil's strong ties to the community
are demonstrated by his tireless devotion
to the Ottawa Senators Foundation,
coaching community sport teams, and
raising funds for local charities.

nationale de hockey avec les Sénateurs
d’Ottawa, le 3 octobre 2001, Chris Neil défend
la cause des jeunes et des organismes de
bienfaisance de la région d’Ottawa.
Co-presidents honoraires de la Maison de
Roger, Chris et sa femme Caitlin, consacrent
une grande partie de leur temps à aider des
enfants et leur famille à avoir accès à des
soins palliatifs essentiels.
Chris exprime sa passion pour
l’autonomisation des jeunes en soutenant
Proud to be Me, organisme de
bienfaisance qui s’emploie à mettre un
environment sûr pour les jeunes.
Le dévouement inlassable de Chris Neil pour
la Fondation des Sénateurs d’Ottawa et son
implication comme entraineur d’équipes
sportives communautaires et collecteur de
fonds pour des organismes de bienfaisance
locaux témoignent des liens solides qu’il a
noués avec la communauté.
