A Bicentennial Bell is on display in downtown Cleveland, at the corner of Delaware and Broadway. The light colored bell hangs from a sign that says "Freedom Ring". The upper left corner is blue, with red numbers "1776", and the upper right corner is blue with red "1976" letters. A two foot high foundation that is about 4' X 5' wide has bricks stamped with the name "Cleveland".
