The bunker is of the type 625 (Schartenstand für 7.5 cm Pak 40) which was built 20 times in the Stützpunkt Clingendael. 3 of these bunkers fell under the 625B and 1 example was of the type 625 S.B. The bunker is a flanking gun bunker which was built in this part of the land front of Scheveningen along the tank ditch that is still largely present here. The specimen below is completely exposed and serves as a wintering place for bats.
