The Aviation Museum in Västerås is housed in an old hangar. The Aviation Museum, which started in 1999, is run by the members of the museum. It is open Sundays at 11 - 16.
The collection of aircraft is 25 different, most of which can fly. In addition, there is a collection of aircraft engines, aircraft instruments and radios. There is also a large photo exhibition on site.
A flight simulator where you can fly different types of aircraft can be tested.
