It says just "Library" on the building. On the window you can make out "County".... you just have to know that you are in Motley County. It tells you its full name when you visit its website.

"The Motley County Library is located in Matador, Texas. The Motley County Library serves the 1,390 people who live in the county and provides free services to all residents living within the state of Texas.
The library holds over 10,000 materials including books, compact discs, video cassettes, DVD's, cassette tapes and books on cassette and on CD. In total, over 7,000 items were checked out of the library during fiscal year 2006-2007! In addition to these items, hundreds of people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s DSL connection, or to attend one of the Library’s many events."
