This office building is to the rear of 29 Parliament Street and faces onto Tower Street in Ramsey and is elevated to allow parking under it.
The single storey building has a flat roof and is clad with PVC planks. It is raised above a parking area.
A recent (October 2021) planning application has been submitted to the local planning authorities for permission to redevelop the currently vacant office building into a two-bedroom dwelling with a lounge, kitchen, dining area and utility room.
