Two separately mounted chargers are in the front of the tax collectors office . They’re made by ClipperCreek Inc. They appear to be free of charge and one was being used when I arrived.
This is from their website “ClipperCreek's most popular electric vehicle charging station, the HCS-40, is a high-quality, high-power, low-price EVSE, built and tested to automaker standards to ensure a reliable charge every time. The HCS-40 takes the wear-and-tear of everyday use in all environments. Its tough NEMA 4 outdoor rated enclosure ensures you can install this unit anywhere with confidence.
Works with ALL plug-in vehicles including the Porsche Panamera, Nissan LEAF, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Niro, etc.”

This facility is named after a former employee. Here is what I found on her. “ Melanie Michele Carter, 52, died September 9, 2019 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Carter was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Melanie graduated from Dan McCarty High School. At the age of 18, she went to work for the Saint Lucie County Tax Collectors Office where she started out working the counter as a clerk and worked her way up to the Chief Operating Officer. After 31 years of employment there she knew the ins and outs of the office. Before retirement, she was presented with the inaugural customer service award which was named after her and will always hold her name.”
