Edificio modernista de principios del siglo XX construido para Victoriano Fernández Balsera, acaudalado comerciante de la ciudad. Actualmente es el Conservatorio Municipal de Música, que lleva el nombre de Julián Orbón, compositor avilesino de música sinfónica.
