Gargoyles on the corners of Holy Trinity church tower, Thrussington.
The church tower is 14th/15th century, consisting of three stages with plinth, NE projecting stair, west window with 1-light above. Above are two clock faces to the north and west.
In the stage above the clock are four 2-light bell openings with crenellated transoms, gargoyles to the corners, battlements and crocketted pinnacles.
The gargoyles appear to depict beasts of some type. One looks like an owl (NE corner), another a bird of prey (SE corner).
